Can I try things on?

Yes! You are welcome to try items on in-store. Please note: all sales are final on outfits tried on and purchased in-store. Exchanges are not permitted.

Are sets sold separately?

No. Sets must be purchased together as a complete set. Individual pieces cannot be purchased separately.

What items are currently on hand?

Everything posted on our page is on hand and available for purchase unless it has been marked or announced as sold out. Availability is based on inventory and items may sell out quickly.

When can I pick up my order?

Store Hours:

Tuesday–Thursday: 12 PM–6 PM
Friday–Saturday: 12 PM–7 PM
Sunday–Monday: CLOSED

Do you offer holds?

Yes! We only hold items that have been paid for in full. Unpaid items cannot be held.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Local delivery is available for a $10 delivery fee in:

Cedar Hill
Duncanville
DeSoto
Lancaster
Some areas of Oak Cliff

Do you ship?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping for a flat $10 shipping fee.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been shipped, packages typically arrive within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If your order is placed on a Sunday or Monday, when we are closed, your order will be shipped on the following business day.

Please note: Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the package is no longer in our hands. Jus Glo Fashion is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or issues that occur during transit. Any shipping or delivery concerns after the package has been shipped should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

When will you restock?

There is no set restock date. Whenever an item is restocked, we will post an update on our page. Be sure to follow @jusglofashion so you don’t miss restocks!
